Delivery And Shipping Policy

Floral Expressions by Ruchi would like you to understand and appreciate how much we care for your orders. Your order is valuable to us. Please go through the shipping and delivery policy and stay informed to understand our services better. Notwithstanding anything contained in the Terms and Conditions or this Policy or elsewhere on the Website, any delivery times provided by Floral Expressions by Ruchi are estimates.

All deliveries will be made between 10 am to 8 pm on the specified delivery date. Orders received on any day till 12 p.m. IST will be delivered on same day, in the above mentioned time of 10 am to 8 pm, unless the delivery date is mentioned otherwise. All floral bouquets will be hand delivered.

The above product will be delivered only in the cities/locations mentioned in the List of Serviceable Cities.

If certain products are out of stock we will replace with similar products of the same or greater value. Availability of flowers is subject to seasonal changes. If the photographed flowers are not available we will substitute with something similar.

All items like Cakes, chocolates and other perishable products are sourced locally at the delivery location & will be hand delivered.

If the colours of the flower selected online are not available on the delivery date, another flower of equal or greater value will be substituted.

While placing an order for a midnight delivery on the website please select the date one day prior to the date of occasion.

Same day deliveries may NOT be attended to on Sundays & Public Holidays.

No Deliveries will be made on National Holidays. The delivery of the same would be done on the next working Day.

In case of floods/ Heavy Rains/ natural calamity/ National Bandh/election dates/ curfews/traffic jams/festival times/regulated traffic movements/ or any other impediments that may restrict the delivery of the order. Floral Expressions by Ruchi reserves the right to reschedule the delivery for another date.

No instructions will be entertained for any request to change the date of delivery.

Deliveries happen form our Franchisee outlets and our Channel Partners as well across India.

Request for cancellation of confirmed order can be made up to 1 day prior to the delivery date. You can send cancellation request at contact@floralexpressionsbyruchi.com

The delivery shall be made at the address which are provided on the orders received by Floral Expressions by Ruchi and will NOT be redirected/ redelivered to any other address in any circumstance.

While placing an order, please provide us with the following information for delivery at Hotel / Hospital etc.

Hotel
Full address of the hotel.
Room No.
Telephone number of the hotel.
Name of Tour company, if applicable.

Hospital
Full address of the hospital.
Ward number or name.
Home address of recipient with phone number.

If there is no one available at the shipping addresses (to accept the delivery of your order) at the time of delivery, the order will not be considered late. Hence in such cases, no refunds, cancellations, liability can be made.

If the recipient has not checked in at the hotel on the delivery date, the order will be left at the reception and the order will be assumed as executed. If the person has checked out of the hotel by delivery date, the order will be assumed as executed & no refund will be made in such cases.

For delivery of gift items to Wedding Ceremonies/ Marriage Halls, Floral Expressions by Ruchi may not be able to assure the delivery to the bride and/or bride-groom because of non-accessability of our delivery team to the recipient. However, Floral Expressions by Ruchi will ensure that the delivery is made to one of the responsible member of host. Also, if possible Floral Expressions by Ruchi shall provide you with the name of the recipient through our order confirmation mail.

The delivery of the products/items ordered will be attempted only ONCE at the address as provided in the order received by Floral Expressions by Ruchi. In the event the delivery is not executed due to any reason whatsoever, the customer shall still be charged for the order and no redelivery or refund will be made by Floral Expressions by Ruchi. The order will be deemed executed and delivered in the following events: and we will not be responsible for non-deliveries that result from a problems as mentioned below:  

  1. With the address and/or postcode you provide at the time of order placement
  2. That the recipient no longer lives at the address provided.
  3. Wrong landline/Mobile number or Extension number which may render us unable to reach the recipient for the delivery.
  4. Recipient refusing to accept the delivery.

The Address is correct but recipient is NOT present at the time of  delivery and the house is locked.

In such a situation, we will follow any delivery instructions that you may have provided at the time of order placement. We recommend that delivery instructions are provided for all orders placed via our website or sales team.

If there are no instructions provided then the product shall be delivered at the Gate/ Reception/ Security Guard/Neighbor.

Please note that it is the recipient's responsibility to collect the order from the neighbor.

Any Complaint regarding your order should be informed to the corporate office within 24 hours of receiving the flowers with mentioning the correct order number. Email : contact@floralexpressionsbyruhci.com

All deliveries on special days like Mothers Day, Women’s Day, Fathers Day, Valentine’s Day or any other special day will be done anytime during the day and may extend beyond 8pm.
